- Process: created the work instructions to inspect each type of seat, the data sheets for recording the data, and designed the process flow charts for the inspection process.
- Managing 3rd party company: organizing work hours, assigning, and creating tasks for inspectors to optimize productivity. Lead team in high conflict situations. Report out on team results to upper management, engineering, and customers.
- Function and Build Objectives: collect data and track data trends. Manage issue tracker with top issues. Train and lead the team to be proficient in data collection. Create and manage work instructions for operators. Collaborate with seat engineers and the customer.
- Case studies: collaborated with engineering teams on 5W-1H (What, Who, Where, When, Why, How) projects identifying the root cause. Set up containment for engineering-related issues.

- Set up the system to be used in future programs to successfully and efficiently obtain seats, inspect seats, collect/record data, and send the seats back to the system.

- Selenium
- Selenium is one of the most powerful utilities for automating web browsers. I used Selenium to create a script that allowed me to go to the website, login me in, go to another website and then execute a javascript code that searches for the vin/claim number and goes to the correct tab to extract the information I needed. Selenium also allowed me to edit the HTML on the page to make viewing the information easier.

- I used OpenPyXL because it is a powerful excel library that had all the utilities I needed to complete the program. In this program, OpenPyXL was used to get data from an excel document.
